1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ZoneVisa services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

ZoneVisa provides immigration consulting services including but not limited to: application preparation, document review, eligibility assessments, and immigration advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services.

3. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with the CICC Code of Professional Conduct. We maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to continuing education requirements. All consultations are confidential and protected under professional privilege.

4. Service Limitations

• Immigration outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• Processing times are estimates based on current IRCC data
• Government policies may change affecting applications
• Each case is unique and results may vary

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Pay fees as agreed in the service agreement
• Notify us of any changes in circumstances

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy outlined in individual agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZoneVisa/GHC Consulting Inc. liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees for services already provided. We will provide all client documents and files upon request.
